Bob started off with a diet of junk food, nutritionally empty food, and lots of sweets and fats. He was not exercising at all. He went to the doctor for a checkup and he weighed 298 pounds. The doctor told him that he had high blood sugar and that, if he didn’t make changes soon, he would be diabetic.
Motivated to make some changes, Bob took his NLP skills and made a mental plan of how to get thin. He changed his diet and started walking. He called up a talented NLP coach and the coach helped him quit drinking lattes. He had been drinking four quad lattes a day full of cream and sugar. Off of coffee for good, he changed his diet to lean meats, low fat dairy, whole wheat carbs, and lots of fruits and vegetables.
He had always loved lifting weights, and so he got a gym membership and went almost every day. Over the coming months he used NLP skills on himself to adjust his habits of eating specific unhealthy foods like pop and cookies. He now goes to the gym six times a week and eats very, very healthy.
